"Cesar and his crew did an excellent job replacing my roof and did just as well with clean up. I’ve had roofs replaced on other homes (also in the area, Virginia Beach and Chesapeake) and both times was left with a huge mess in my yard and nails everywhere. This was not the case with Cesar, definite attention to detail from start to finish. I would recommend him to friends and family (and already have).
