"Larry showed up to do an estimate and we decided to do the section of our Spanish tile roof that was leaking. I worked with Marjorie to get the details of the project worked out and set a date for the work to begin. She was very accommodating and listened to our concerns. She made sure the workers covered our outdoor tiled patios so that it wouldn't get damaged. They began a day early as their schedule opened up early. The work has been going well so we asked if they could do the whole roof. They made that happen. We have been very pleased with them overall. Marjorie is a rock star at her job. She really understands customer service. The workers worked hard the whole time they were here. We would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof. They do good work and warranty it. Refreshing for us to witness a company who wants to do a good job."

"I would highly recommend this firm. They were professional in all aspects of the work. The roofers also found a soft spot on the roof, they asked if I would let them into the attic, which I did after they told me about the soft spot. One of the trusses was broken. The lead roofer said they could repair it the next day (as when they found the soft spot) it was around 5:00 p.m. when they discovered it. The truss was repaired, pictures were taken and a video as well. I submitted this to the insurance company. All in all they did an excellent job. I have already recommended them to friends."

My call was returned promptly and within the same day he came to inspect the roof and within a week, they repaired it. They are professional, reasonable, prompt, respectful, courteous and do an excellent job. They even swept my porch and sidewalk that wasn't even close to where they were working. He's going to give an estimate to repair and some of the skylight covers. He seemed very honest to me, so will probably hire them. I don't want to have anything to do with Invigorate roofing. So this will be coming out of my pocket. Since Invigorate roofing never addressed my concerns and insurance company paid them. I'll probably never hear from them again."
