He arrived on time for the consultation. Was very personable, drove a spotless vehicle and spent over an hour going over my entire property. I was prepared for being told that I would need to have trees brought down but no. There was not one tree that needed removed, just trimmed and groomed. I was out of town when his crew did the job but as the consummate professional, at 7:00 am I received a text with pictures showing his crew on the job and starting work. It was a full 2 day job, an hour from Sioux City but they were there, did an awesome job and a perfect cleanup above and beyond what I expected. I just wish I could have thanked the crew in person. What I wish the most is that I had called Bill last summer to look at a big, huge beautiful tree that was brought down by another cutter, that in retrospect could have been saved and enjoyed for many, many more years to come. There is truly a difference between an arborist and just a run of the mill tree service. A hard lesson learned. So thank you Bill and crew.
