They made me feel the most secure that they  knew what they were talking about and that they were going to do a good job. They also had good prices. There was a tree that had an issue and instead of just cutting it down, he told us what to do to keep an eye on it. I appreciated that, because he could have easily lumped that into his job and charged us to take it down.
