"Excellent customer service! The crew arrived promptly, Julio explained all they would be doing, and they did it carefully with skill. When they were finished the tree was trimmed and still had a 'tree' shape with branches left for the first leaves of Spring! We appreciate that we were never being sold a package. He was really most concerned about the health of each tree, balanced with our safety and even our neighbors'.
