Jennifer Johnson, the Office Manager, very promptly contacted me by email and by phone and coordinated my appointment with the arborist, Ann Bennett. Ann was great. She arrived on time to assess my project and was very thorough in answering my questions. She was very knowledgeable and offered good suggestions on the main tree as well as two others. Ann gave me a clear estimate and timeframe for the work to be done. I was notified in advance and Ann and the crew arrived to complete the work cleanly and promptly.
