Within one hour I was pleased to see it beginning to look attractive again. Using pruners and loppers (no chainsaw) he removed heavily damaged branches and lightened drooping branches so they could stand straight again. The hedge is now airy and natural, still high enough to provide privacy, and healthy enough to regain the strength needed to withstand the snow next winter. I met Travis of Kustom Trim Tree Service early this spring, when his crew came out to fix the damage. They pruned off the branches that hung over my property and then pruned two additional trees in my yard. I realized the guy I had been using only â trimmedâ the trees which meant he had to come out more often, costing me more money. Travisâ crew properly pruned the trees and I probably will never have to address that issue again. I had some plans for my yard. His crew came out again and removed two rather large and rather dead evergreen bushes from my front yard. Another guy came out and ground out the roots. The crew returned again to mulch my yard. I picked out the replacement bushes and Travis purchased them through his greenhouse connection. The crew came out one final time and planted them. When all was said and done, the final job went far beyond my expectations and vision for my yard. I am just amazed and really pleased and satisfied with the job.
