"We first hired Top Down/Dylan when we saw him at three of our neighbors homes. He was able to give me a quote very quickly for biweekly lawn maintenance. After years of mowing the yard ourselves, we?re so happy not to! Dylan shows up when he says he will and completes the work efficiently. Paying him is a breeze whether I use cash or the link that he sends. In addition to mowing he offers other yard/lawn maintenance services like setting up a watering system or reseeding the grass. "Excellent work!! Came to us within an hour of contact and removed the tree limb and some other branches on another tree that was brushing against our roof in high wind.
