"Jay is very friendly, responded fast and cleaned two chimneys in our home within an hour for the price of USD150 each. Apparently the chimneys were not very dirty, which we didn't know since we just bought the house. What I felt was missing is to get a professional receipt for the service that was done. I thought I would get a lot more dirt for the $150 paid but realistically it was probably only 1/2 ton and I knew this going into the job. I was worried about a larger order and having too much dirt. If you plan on buying 15 - 20 large bags of dirt for a project, it's cheaper to have this company haul top soil. For much larger jobs, you need someone who can deliver several tons.
