"I don’t usually leave reviews, but this company absolutely deserves one. I had several tree companies come out to give me estimates. After accepting the job, most of them would come up with a thousand excuses about why the trees couldn’t be removed safely because of their condition, the angle they leaned, or because I have a pool nearby. Many of them simply didn’t want to take on the job. Then I found this company, and the experience was completely different. They were professional from start to finish. They removed both trees without causing a single bit of damage to my property. Throughout the entire process, Oscar kept me informed and communicated with me every step of the way. I also had some special requests. I asked them to leave the two stumps at a certain height so I could turn them into tables, and I wanted several large wood rounds left behind so I could use them for outdoor seating. They did exactly what I asked—no complaints, no shortcuts, just outstanding service."

More than six weeks after receiving the quote for that company to remove a dead tree and some stumps, I gave up in frustration. I cancelled and found Don. A day after meeting with him, Don sent his people to remove a dead tree that had been on my front lawn since a snowstorm brought it down. I appreciated that so much. He returned, as we had agreed, and removed the stumps."

"Joe from GM2 Tree Service was the only contractor that called me to follow up after the site visit. He followed up again a few days later, with a phone call, inquiring if I had made a decision. This was one of the factors that caused me to hire GM2. None of the other contractors called me. All communication was through them was text message. Joe and his uncle also came out for second site visit when I informed Joe I had received a lower bid. Within the hour they were at my property surveying the tree and the property and agreed to match the other contractorâ s bid. The work was exceptional. The crew was prompt, professional, and from my observation very qualified and experienced with difficult tree removal. They completed the work in one day, despite the tree being about 75 feet high, entangled with another tree, and numerous power and communication lines within feet of the tree. They left the property with the least amount of damage to other shrubs and the grounds, again despite the size of the tree. They were very thorough with cleaning the site before they left. They also trimmed another tree on my property to remove limbs from my house. If you need trees removed or trimmed DO NOT HESITATE to hire this company - excellent customer service, knowledgeable and experienced crew, and they delivered on everything they said they were going to do on the job. This company was by far one of the best to perform work on my property, in the 22 years I have owned this house."
