"I recently had the pleasure of working with ASP SuperHome for the installation of new impact windows and doors in my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism. I would like to especially thank the salesperson Peter for his knowledge, commitment and timely response to issues throughout the project. He helped me select strong 9/16” windows with visible transmission of 60% (thus, the outside from inside looks bright) while the solar heat gain was limited to 32% (thus, the house is protected from excessive heat). The windows are rated for +90 and -90 pressure, which is well above the Miami Dade guidelines. The doors are strong and aesthetic. In summary, I received strong, hurricane protection doors and windows that also shield me from heat and noise, move smoothly, and are visually appealing. The quality installers at ASP, Yosyenny and Emilio, demonstrated exceptional skill and attention to detail. They worked diligently and efficiently, ensuring that each window and door was perfectly fitted and securely installed. Despite the extensive work, they maintained a neat and organized workspace, leaving no mess behind. Roy is also a capable installer. "My experience with Window Wall staff could serve as an industry model for delivery and installation of windows, along with excellent customer service. I had 17 windows replaced, 4 of which were half circle arches. Although I was initially advised the removal and replacement activities would take several days to accomplish, the installers worked with incredible agility, completing the project in one day. Window Wall staff respected my home and furnishings, covering furniture and cleaning as they worked. I am very critical of contractors at my residence, anticipating only quality products and services. Window Wall exceeded every aspect of my expectations; I highly recommend them for any new windows engagement."

"Used them twice. 1st time to replace all window screens. Guy came w/ his buddy and girlfriend who waited for him. The screen frames are flimsy and the pull tabs are cheap rubber that pull right out when trying to remove screen. Called them back to fix one screen where material had separated from frame, and two where tabs had pulled loose. Come to find out they only offer a 30 day warranty which i was adamantly told 1) IS INDUSTRY STANDARD and 2) screens are simple, any issues would be caused by USER. I bit my tongue and had them come back out. (It was a subcontractor NOT AN EMPLOYEE, guy gave me his own card). Nice enough guy but once again the cheap rubber pull tabs just come right off. I still have one screen out since Irma because i have no pull tabs."

I called her to get an estimate for my momâ s place and after Lia left my momâ s house my mom called me to say how impressed she was by her presentation. "The service department came out and inspected my problem windows. One pane needs to be replaced due to lack of gas between the panes. The service technician demonstrated why one window leaked due to high pressure water on the window (greater pressure than hurricane rains.) I had one total window that had a white film on the upper portion of each panel. He blamed it on my sprinklers, which do not touch the windows. I was angry about his response because I couldn't understand how if it was caused by the sprinklers, why was it only on the upper portion and not at the middle or bottom of the window. (The window opens from bottom to top).The service tech. was able to use soap/water and a razor blade to scrap off the white film. Overall, the service tech. did a good to fair job. Hopefully, he contacted the appropriate person to get my one bad window replaced. I'm waiting to find out when they will replace the one window."
