"Next time you walk by an egress window on one of these flipped homes - check out the workmanship - crooked, leaking glue out the sides, certainly no permit. I know this because I have witnessed it AND I called one of those "cheap" window people for an estimate (notice how they are ready at the drop off a hat and then drop out of sight when there are problems? The window placed by Egree Inc is perfect. Was it more expensive - not much more than as egress window placed in 2013 that was equal in quality. It was also permitted, inspected, and sits level without leftover glue seeping out the sides. Was there a wait time - not more than I would expect from any quality provider. I was kept informed on the timeline and the window was completed as promised. BONUS - the workmanship is guaranteed and the company will be around to stand behind the workmanship. Excellent work."

"Jose V. and his team (Geraldo, Manuel) did a great job. I really did not believe they could dig and install a new basement sump, lay the water guard channels, with new concrete, install drains to the outside under the lawn, and correct the issues in a window well ALL IN ONE DAY, but they did. It was very hard work, including hauling old concrete up the stairs. Oh, and they also scheduled the electrician to put in a new line for the pump the same day too. They were very efficient, the job was done neatly, and even the lawn looks perfect again. Will know more after the next torrential rain, but I am confident that our basement water problem is solved. (I am a repeat customer. Had Complete Basement System do driveway leveling in a prior house, also good work.)"

"Got new vinyl siding, gutters, and a couple of new windows for my house. I got 7 separate quotes for this work from other contractors and HWC gave a much better price than most (though were similar to some other quotes I received). My house looks a million times better and the workmanship was good (a few minor things were addressed following the initial work). They showed up when they were supposed to and overall did a good job. Given the large number of projects in the area, it did take a very long time to have the work completed (contract was signed in September, work was completed in mid January. But, I think that is the norm for many contractors around here). Communication was somewhat lacking (especially early on in the project) and there were some initial hiccups in the process due to a lack of communication, but they did a good job in the end and communication improved. The actual project, once started, was finished efficiently and looks great. For the price compared to others, it was worth dealing with some of the issues encountered. Pleased with the end result of my house-it looks like a different house! Brandon Cameron, my salesperson, was great to work with and provided excellent customer service. Nick, my project manager, listened to my needs once the project was started and made sure the finished product met my satisfaction. Thanks!"
