"Sheldon and his crew did a fantastic job installing our staircase banister and making an adjustment to the panel to our bay window shutters. We had new windows installed and despite the installers assurance that the measurements would remain the same the bay window paneling came out smaller than expected. This was a problem because we also ordered shutters and blinds and we told the window installer we needed to ensure the measurements would remain the same. Of course when it came time to install the shutter the bay window measurements came out smaller. I contacted Sheldon and despite his busy schedule during the holiday season he stopped by the house to look over what needed to be done. Sheldon was honest in that he would not be able to get to me until after the holidays which was fine with me. He explained that he needed to obtain a specific bit in order to properly shave down the shutter to fit into the panel. Not soon after the holiday season Sheldon an his crew arrived and began the job. I appreciated the fact that Sheldon explained to me what he was doing and kept me apprised when running into an issue. (He was tenacious in resolving said issue!) Both jobs turned out terrific and I plan on hiring Sheldon again for other projects that I have coming up. After they left I went to grab my broom to clean up and lo and behold they left the job spotless!! Great job ! Quality work at a great rate. I would definitely recommend this company for your projects."

Process was fast and efficient and price very economic. I call other places they won’t answer and leave message and after a week they call me when my window was changed already. "Doug Cohen is the best! He came to my apartment a few weeks ago to measure screens for 10 windows of all different sizes. A few weeks later, he came back and installed all of the screens in under an hour. This was a completely no stress process. Doug is honest, reliable, no fuss, and knowledgeable and competent. Now I can open my windows without being concerned that bugs are going to come in or that my dogs are going to jump out. Also can use the open windows to get some air without turning on the air conditioning to save money and energy. Doug is so friendly and professional and down to earth. Showed me how to remove the screens for cleaning. Can't imagine a better experience and so glad I went with Doug and his team."

"We hired Major Homes to replace most of the windows in our house. I am happy with every aspect of my interaction with them. Jason, the person who gave us the quote and described the windows was prompt, clear, obviously very knowledgeable (I think he said his father started the company, but I could be mis-remembering that) and did *not* try a very heavy sales pitch on us. There was no issue at all when we said we'd get back to him at a later date about our decision (unlike other estimates we got). He just offered us a reasonable price on high-quality window replacements. After starting, the job was done quickly and done really well. The work crew was courteous and professional and they cleaned up after themselves really well. They noted places where the wood around the window was rotting and replaced that for us at a reasonable cost. The only thing we are left with are beautiful and beautifully installed windows. I am just so happy with these windows. I knew new windows would look better and be more energy efficient, but I didn't realize just *how much* better they would look. We are now scheduling a time when they can do the remaining windows in the house. I wish I could hire this company for all of my home-improvement needs."

"My windows leaked air and my bedroom blinds needed to be replaced So I bought 2 new ones and also bought 2 kits to seal the windows. I used Angi previously and asked for a quote for a handyman to install and seal, T&S responded and sent a handyman to see what needed to be done. Quote was fair and I agreed. Handyman was able to start immediately and was professional did a great job. I would recommend them highly for any handyman type project."
