Some frame-outs were required to remedy rotting sills. Window Nation was very professional, from the salesman, Jon, to the customer service rep, Hamaad, who kindly followed up with us after the install. All of our questions were answered. The price was fair. Although we could have paid a bit less elsewhere, we financed the whole project, and Window Nation took care of everything, even carting off the old, nasty windows.
