About 10 months after the initial installation, I had them come back to fix some windows that started leaking, and they took ownership of the problems and fixed it for free. I also had them do gutters, facia, sliding doors, and other projects. They even went above and beyond when it came to other projects they noticed needed to be completed. They provide a life-time warranty on their products, and that warranty is transferable. They tell you they'll take care of business, and they do. They always answer all of my questions, and always take care of my needs no matter how small the job. When they were putting the windows in, they started at 8am and didn't stop until they were finished at 5pm - and all cleaned up. They don't play around.
