"Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. I anticipate that I will use them for future projects."

He installed the first fan and that’s when we realized it didn’t work. Michael moved onto the second fan while I ran out to Lowe’s to purchase another fan. Once the second fan was up and running, he went back and removed the first fan and installed the new one I had purchased. Michael wrapped up the broken one for us to return. Michael went above and beyond for us and we truly appreciated it. He was friendly, tidy (he took all of the trash from the three ceiling fan boxes) and knowledgeable.
