Chance, their crew leader arrived with the truck containing the windows and immediately did an inventory as the crew was arriving, and making sure all windows and tools were on hand. Chance advised they would have all windows installed in one day. Based on the number of the crew they made fast work of the installation. "I have an appointment for him to come this year. I only use him once a year. About this time of year I call him. I have a double and some of my windows are giant windows. Some of the windows are screen so he does not do all the window. He is very reasonable that's why I call him. He only lives around the corner from me so I don't know if that's the reason but I am not questioning it. He is very nice. I call him and make an appointment because sometimes he is very busy. When I call him I ask if he can come within a week. But if he is not easy he will come within 2 or 3 days. This time I waited a week which I do not care. Price is reasonable. He knows what he is doing. He has to use a ladder. I leave him a message and some times I have to wait a day for him to call me back but I know he will call me back. He comes very early like 8 in the morning. It is always very early in the morning. He is very nice, very nice. I have been using him for years. He use to be cheaper but I do not complain. I am very happy with him that is why I call him every year."
