Although I was initially advised the removal and replacement activities would take several days to accomplish, the installers worked with incredible agility, completing the project in one day. "From start to finish the service was great. I got my appointment scheduled early in the morning and had a representative show. Up within that same hour. All windows and doors were measured and I was able to finance this project at a very affordable price. 3 months after I began my process with USA my windows and doors were installed in the cleanest and easiest fashion. "The service department came out and inspected my problem windows. One pane needs to be replaced due to lack of gas between the panes. The service technician demonstrated why one window leaked due to high pressure water on the window (greater pressure than hurricane rains.) I had one total window that had a white film on the upper portion of each panel. He blamed it on my sprinklers, which do not touch the windows. I was angry about his response because I couldn't understand how if it was caused by the sprinklers, why was it only on the upper portion and not at the middle or bottom of the window. (The window opens from bottom to top).The service tech. was able to use soap/water and a razor blade to scrap off the white film. Overall, the service tech. did a good to fair job. Hopefully, he contacted the appropriate person to get my one bad window replaced. I'm waiting to find out when they will replace the one window."

"The window install project i had with this company dragged on because of not ordering all the replacement widows at the same time a well as 2 windows came with the wrong number of locks on the sash so i had to wait even longer to finish the job. All in all they did the complete job and i do love the windows."
