"We contracted on 10/22/19 with Champion to have all the windows replaced in our home. It was nothing but errors after that point. Our salesman did not count our windows correctly (was off by two) and that had to be corrected before he got out the door. He also told us the windows would be installed by Thanksgiving. The next person to come to our house was a week later than expected. We then discovered that our salesman did not write in the correct column on the bid so grids had not been included. After getting that worked out we were told our windows were ordered but would not be installed until mid December. On 11/27 got a call from yet another person saying that **corporate** had kicked our contract back because the profit margins were too thin so Champion was backing out of our deal. We had a signed contract (which obviously meant nothing to them) and they had our 25% deposit since 10/21. Was told there was no recourse. We were treated badly through the whole process. I would caution anyone who is thinking of doing business with them that they cannot be trusted to stand by their signed contract and have little regard for the inconveniences they put homeowners through. Do not do business with this company."

Our phone consultation be it one call or more is charged at a rate of $50.00 and if we come to your home or business to do an estimate we charge $75.00 either of which is credited to your project if we enter an agreement or within 60 days we contract a project of $2250.00 we double the face-value of the fee as credit to your project. It is our mission to provide excellent workmanship and complete customer satisfaction from start to completion of a project. In order to understand the needs and expectations of our customers, we take great care to work and communicate with every customer in a professional manner. Our reputation is based on service, safety, and quality, regardless of how large or small the job. In todays busy lifestyle and every day expenses we value both your time and ours and therefore we do not give free estimates. With over 35 years of professional remodeling, major structural repair, home building, handyman and general home maintenance and repair experience, we are here to meet and exceed all your decking, fencing install and repairs, general maintenance, home repair, painting, pressure washing desires and needs to make you home the house of your dreams. We also do lawn maintenance, house cleaning and much more. Ask about our senior and veteran discounts. Our basic cost for most all services except house keeping and lawn mowing is $300.00 that includes the first hour of labor, plus materials then there is an hourly rate per man per hour thereafter. However most projects we do give a written estimate that is valid for 96 hours...

Repair and replace our roof, as well as the fascia and gutters. Due to storm damage and rot. The roof looks good as well as the rest. Complete and happy with the job Replaced a rotted bay window with french doors. Complete and happy with the job. Replaced/repaired damaged sub floors and joists. Leveling the floors as well. Complete and happy with the job. Extensive drywall repair throughout the house. Complete and happy with the job. Washing the home and handicapped ramp. Complete and happy with the job. Remodel the master bedroom, adding an angled closet while expanding the bathroom and making it handicap accessible. Currently completing. Paint most of the house interior. Currently completing. Repairing the front porch. Currently completing. Building a deck. Currently completing. Window replacement. Currently completing. New lvt floors installed. Currently completing.
