"When I called the office to ask about the product and schedule an appointment, the lady I spoke with was very cordial and businesslike.  She scheduled the appointment and answered the questions I had at that time. We later received a call to confirm our appointment, and the Sales Consultant called to let us know he was on his way to our home. He arrived promptly at the agreed time. After showing him our kitchen and explaining what we wanted done, he shared information about the products, showed us samples, and explained the steps and time frame for completing the work. A few days after the appointment, we received a call from the office informing us of the installation date.  We also received a detailed letter explaining the process and giving instruction on what we needed to do. Someone came to measure the area for the  template.  A few days later the countertops were installed. The next day the tile backsplashes and plumbing were done. This completed the process. The installers were punctual and very pleasant.  They did quality work and left the area clean upon completion. This project really enhanced our kitchen. Granite Transformations did an excellent job! We were especially pleased with the quality of the products, their professionalism and communication with the customer, the well-structured plan of action, and the quickness and thoroughness in completing the project. We had a wonderful experience with Granite Transformations and will use them again on other projects we may have in the future."

"I cannot say enough about Fred and the work he does. He completed a whole kitchen and bathroom remodel for me. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. We all know having your house in disarray is stressful. Throughout the project, his punctuality and progress was amazing. He arrived everyday ready to work and kept me constantly informed of the progress. The worksite was always well maintained and organized which cannot be overlooked. What truly sets him apart is his attention to detail and commitment to quality. He is honest and reliable which I think is very hard to find these days and reasonably priced! Also available to answer all my questions concerns. You will not find a better contractor. I know as I have been working in the new construction industry for over 10 years now. Give Fred a call, you will not be disappointed."

"Had my kitchen fully remodeled and it was great. Fast and professional and our kitchen turned out better then we ever could have imagined."

"From the first phone call to the last day. Absolutely flawless. This is an amazing company with the highest standards we have ever hired. They were up front about every single thing. Anthony, Ruben, Yvette and all the workers are top notch. The price was amazing, we were never pressured. They finished early even we we presented a problem on our end. They came up with a solution and got it done. I can't say enough about this company! Will always use them in the future as well as spread the word to others. The bathroom is absolutely beyond what we imagined. Thank you to all. Cindy and Mike"

"Southern Bell was great to work with! They helped us plan and replace our old deck with a new covered and screened in deck. We liked working with them so much that we also hired them to replace our roof and exteriors doors. They were efficient and used high quality materials. Our contractor and/or the owner came to inspect the project multiple times during the process and make sure we were happy with everything. Our new deck is perfect and we love spending time outside now. Thank you!"

"Frank and his crew were absolutely outstanding to work with. Excellent communication and they finished early and on budget (how often does that happen!). The craftsmanship is simply perfect and they took care of every detail. They cleaned up every day and left no mess. And heâ s a very kind person as well. My absolute highest recommendation. I wish I had known about him a couple years ago when I did my major kitchen remodeling!"

"Sales and installers all showed up when they said they would and were very professional. Our installers did a fantastic job and the results were absolutely gorgeous. Thanks to the entire Improve It team for being exactly what anyone would want in a remodeling company!!"

"We used Quinta for an extensive living/dining room and kitchen remodel. We recommend them highly. Owner Bryan Holloway personally managed the project and stayed in close contact with us throughout. His subs were excellent. Project was on time, on budget; result was excellent and pricing was entirely fair. Very easy to work with."

"This work was done several months ago but I wanted to live with it a bit before reviewing. While I was a little disappointed in the final followup, I have to say that the rooms that were remodeled are looking great and so much more functional than they were before. The kitchen is solid and the bathroom is beyond expectations. We lived in the house during construction and made changes along the way, but Uzi made it all work quickly and efficiently, and communicated changes as they happened for no surprises. I would hire him again."

"We had the absolute best experience working with Upscale Construction! As first-time investors taking on our very first flip, we knew how important it was to have the right team in place—and Seth and Josh exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, their communication, attention to detail, and professionalism were top tier. They kept the project moving efficiently without ever sacrificing quality, and the end result truly speaks for itself. What could have been a stressful process felt seamless and well-managed every step of the way. Even more impressive—we went from one closing table to the next in under four months, received multiple offers, and ultimately sold the home over asking. That kind of outcome doesn’t happen without a strong vision and flawless execution. We’re incredibly grateful for their partnership on this project and couldn’t recommend Upscale Construction more highly. If you’re looking for a team that delivers both quality and results, this is it."
