Very professional and communicate clearly Our condo part of a builder remodel but the outside electrical was from 1978 and the breaker needed wasn't made any more. They were able to track down the breaker. Once they got in the master breaker box there was a bigger electrical problem of bare wires with burn marks. It was a very dangerous situation for all who live in this building. They took pictures, advised, and guided me through the process with our property management company. Very positive outcome and experience during a difficult and stressful time. I would definitely hire again. Also found out after that our neighbors used them for a large project and were equally as pleased."
