I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"JJ's Construction expanded our Chalet-Style home & increased liveable floor space in a big way! The difference is stunning. We are on the corner of Ocean Shores Blvd & Frigate St, one of the oldest houses in the community. Now our house looks much more modern, is quieter, more energy efficient, and seems way bigger inside and out. JJ's Construction came up with the plan, poured the new foundation, installed the new outside wall, put in new windows, installed shingles on the outside walls, built a new porch/entryway, and really made our house more liveable (and worth a lot more money for the amount we spent). I highly recommend this contractor, a fair and hard working crew that impressed me with their responsiveness and ability to create what we had envisioned. Passed building ispections no problem too."

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"

We can now open the garage door from the inside of the house and now it is so smooth that we have to check to see if we hit the button to open it or close it.  Before we used to know when it was opening or closing because it used to make a noise. It helps when you move to a city where you are new. "
