"The plumber, Steven, was very nice and helpful. He explained what he would and could do and then did exactly what he promised. My only complaint would be that their rates are high. For a less than 2 hour installation on the sink, the fee was $288 and he provided only a sink drain. The vast majority was for labor."

"It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."
