He is very responsive and completed the work very efficiently. Will definitely be calling him again for more painting projects. Highly recommend him. UPDATED AS OF 02/27/2022: Mr. Mendez also replaced our stair railing. He built everything from scratch. He also replaced some light fixtures. He does so much more besides painting. "Very well. The owner, Wilson Delgado, came from Silver Spring to Falls Church to pick up my furniture in his large SUV then returned the repaired furniture a week later. What made his work special to me is that when he arrived, he lifted and squeezed each piece of furniture so you could see that where the furniture was loose. Unfortunately, the chairs were loose all over. To ensure the tightness of the chairs going forward, he took each one apart to reglue every joint. For the large leather armchair, he secured and reattached the original piece of leather by taking the whole back off and putting a new border around the backing to ensure that the leather would adhere. Mr. Delgado is an artisan who made a career of working on high value furniture in the Catholic Church. My five pieces of furniture look new again, after 35 years. He is following up with an email on general care products and guidance."

"The work was excellent. Brian McCracken performed a walk-though with me and provided detailed written estimates for the interior and exterior work. He explained the options and costs for each of the tasks, and was prompt in scheduling the jobs. His teams are first rate. Communication is excellent and they leave the site clean and tidy each day. There was not a drip of stray stray paint anywhere during or after the jobs. I especially appreciated the interior service. They emptied the closets and replaced everything after as they went along. They also took down and rehung all of the pictures and moved furniture as necessary. They were very responsive to follow-up issues (not their fault) with the fit of the front door after painting and replacing the seal. They came back twice to make adjustments and the final outcome was exactly what i wanted. All American was recommended to me by a friend who was very impressed with their exterior work on his townhouse. I recommended them to a neighbor who is also very pleased with their interior painting.  They are not the lowest bidder but their prices are fair and the work is of the highest quality."
