We have called peter numerous times and all he cares about is collecting he $1200 balance, and rectify the problem. I told him he will get it when he fixes this mess, but it's been a 18 months and nothing has been done... this is inexcusable and gregis. He promised that he will complete everything next day Saturday (03/29/2025) and Monday (03/31/2025). Friday Joseph Garies received the payment he requested and left. Joseph Gari didn’t show up Saturday. He didn’t show up Monday. Monday afternoon (03/31/2025) I got a text message from him, that he doesn’t want to do anything. Owner was asking for money every day. The company left the broken pipe and sheetrock onsite and still haven't picked it up. They destroyed my lawn, cracked my entire concrete driveway that now needs replacement. They also punctured a gutter and garage trim (they did fix gutter and some trim). I now have to also regrade lawn, and fix trim. I do have to add they pulled one shrub as part of the job. They did pull out 3 other shrubs for me, which Joe offered for the work. He continuously told me he did the shrubs as a favor, and should be viewed as "helping me out" and should help to overlook some of the other issues/damage that occurred. This "company" shouldn't be allowed to be in business! Working on the Stone Installation project Joe Garies severely damaged / ruined the stamping concrete patio. To clean it costs $840.00 I sent to Joe Garies a number of emails, asking him to finish the contract. He promised each day to be here, but he never showed up."
