For some reason I had found it hard to balance the chemicals in there but Darrell was able to figure that out and I haven't had any issues since! They have excellent customer service and follow through. I have also used them to get rid of bugs and mosquitoes and it has been so nice not to have to worry about the bugs while we are in the backyard!"
