Not sure of quality of paint (stain) but metal roofing paint only has a 3 year warranty. The same amount of energy is expelled placing a 10 or 15 year coating. I never haggled Mr. Lewis about his price. I certainly should have gotten a better quality paint. Also, roof was first to be checked for loose nails/screws. I saw 1 worker check and re-nail only one small area of the roof. Anything that was loose was to be removed and replaced with a fresh screw- one linger and with a larger diameter. I never saw that done."
