I left a message with TTR’s answering service that same Saturday, and on Sunday, the owner of the company, Gary Chester, came by and reassured that this was a 1/1000000 incident and he fixed the issue. He also offered to repair the water stain inside the home. Other than that, everything went without a hitch. You get what you pay for and we got the Best!"
