Additionally, unlike other companies, they were able to schedule the repair for the following week. The repair crew showed up as scheduled. As they began their work, they discovered a second area that had a leak. Anaiz in the central office contacted me and discussed our options and provided a quote on the spot for the additional work. After we agreed to the extra work, they added a third person to the repair crew and had both areas repaired in the two days they had originally quoted. The crew also took pictures and provided additional documentation to support our successful insurance claim. Overall, very happy with our experience!"
