Melissa worked with me on financing options & walked me through the whole process, even speaking with my son after hours to exlplain the process. They scheduled My roof quickly and the whole team was courteous and professional. Roland himself even came by to check on the roof. He was able to repair the urgent need that day and came back today to put in a more permanent fix. He even repaired an extra section. The finished product was high quality. "Kudos to CV Roofing, Tom Dragoo, and team! They truly provide exceptional service. After a moderately hard rain, we discovered water damage around a recessed light in the entry of our new home. This is an area where the metal roof comes together at many odd angles. We were very anxious as more heavy rain was expected within the week. Adding to our concern was the possibility of supply chain issues we'd read so much about. Tom Dragoo responded quickly and understood our sense of urgency. While they were working on that, they gained access to see that the beams had also been rotted, and they were able to take care of replacements for those on the same day. "Very professional, easy to work with, and were able to get the metal roof to upgrade through their financing. The guys took a little longer than what was expected but there was some woodwork they had to fix so not complaining. The clean-up was not as sharp when they left but it was late and dark so I called Rene and the next morning the guys were out with magnets to roll through the yard. Very satisfied with their service and efficiency."
