"I wanted to share my experience with this service as I hope it will help others make an informed decision. I spoke with the owner and she was friendly and anxious for my business. I was moving out and had specific things that needed to be done. One was to dust including ceiling cobwebs and dust. After two hours I noticed that one of the cleaners had only cleaned two blinds and broken both. I told her to stop cleaning the blinds and at her request called the company. From this point forward the cleaners did very little.. The owner of SixPenny agreed to an extra hour for free but it did not help me because the cleaners did not do anything I asked. After the 4 hours, they packed up without notifying me. On the way out they complained to my landlord (who was not paying for the service and did not hire them). I was not given an opportunity to review their work. I am not happy with the service from SixPenny cleaning. I had hoped the owner would have reached out, but I was told she was busy."
