Recently relocated to Grayson County. We've been serving Texas and other states for 13 years in building ground up commercial buildings, additions, and renovations. We specialize in structural steel fabrication and erection, custom steel fabrication, gates and entryways. We were designing and building Barndominiums before people knew what they were. We do the job right or not at all. We guarantee our work, and we often takeover failing or abandoned projects and get the project completed. We've built and have tore down and rebuilt many very large churches. We've done a lot of historical renovations and dealt woth the historical regulations, etc. We've done a lot of work at The Grandscape in The Colony Tx. We worked on The Dallas Morning News, The Statler Hotel as well as many other hotels, high end retail and entertainment districts. \n We have worked and a General contractor holding responsibility for a project from conception to planning and development, through completion.

I would like to introduce myself as Leonel Gonzalez, with 7 years of experience in the construction industry. I’ve worked in remodeling of courthouses in Texas which consisted of carpentry such as installing baseboards, cabinets, window trims, custom doors and other furniture. "Roger came to my home to provide an estimate. He arrived promptly. He was professional, very pleasant, and easy to talk to. I showed him the work I needed to have done. He measured the rooms for flooring. He spent time talking with me about some other issues I had with my house and offered some good ideas. I don't think he completely understood my vision for a change in the layout of the shower in the master bath but I would have revisited that topic with him prior to hiring him. I was concerned about a possible cat "accident" ruining new floors and Roger had a great idea to have the planks stained and sealed on site. This would help prevent moisture from getting in between the planks. Roger provided an estimate with moderate details. His estimate was about what I expected and in line with my budget. He called to follow up with me on the estimate. I wasn't home at the time and he left a message. I always appreciate it when a service provider checks back. It makes me feel like they want my business. I give him an A+ for doing that. I liked Roger. A minor health issue come up in my family and I decided to table the project for the time being.
