"My pool turned brown and my equipment wasn?t working. After hiring them on March 12 to clean my pool and get everything back to normal, my pool is still not working and it?s green. I messaged multiple times saying my sweeper still isn?t on and told Vic how green my pool still is, to which he replied it should be good at that point. He then told me last Thursday he?d be back that day and my pool would be ready that Saturday. No one has come back, and upon speaking to other pool cleaning companies, found this entire process should have only taken a few days.
