In fact, when we arrived at the scheduled inspection time, Tim was already on-site, had walked the perimeter of the house, and was ready to show us the exterior issues he had already identified. "This was the best money I have spent in a long time. Ryan Gora performed the inspection and he arrived right on the minute. He was very friendly, explained exactly what he would be doing and got right to work. The inspection took approximately 2 hours to complete and I am fully confident that it was very thorough and complete. Many items were found that needed attention and these were listed in the sales agreement with the home owner who would arrange to have them completed at their expense. Upon completion of the inspection, I was invited to call the company at any time with questions, which I did. I spoke with Peter and he had my report and addressed my concerns and clarified the issues on which I was confused. All in all, this was a wonderful experience with 2 terrific people and I saved considerably by having the inspection done. I would have many costly things to have to have repaired had not Ryan and Peter helped me out in such a professional and thorough way.
