When something he suggested needed more work, he figured out a way to tackle the problem from a different direction. Difficult job since the basement housed the well and radon was seeping up from underneath the floor, and there were 2 sump pumps and a french trench on the outside edges. Basically water everywhere which carried the radon in the air. Excellent job, efficient."
