"They did a pretty good job with the patio itself. However, left a lot of concrete and screws all around it. They also dumped a bunch of concrete in my back yard behind my shed. I was not at all happy when I saw that. Very unprofessional. Also, one of my dogs I tied out back chewed threw his lead and got paw prints on the concrete. I asked about fixing it. I was told it could be fixed. I called him again about it then, never heard from him again. I totally expected to pay for that service as it was not their fault. But, instead they chose to ignore me. I picked up lots of concrete chunks and long screws around the patio."

"My experience with Real Dry was exceptional throughout the whole process. Last year, we were getting water in our basement whenever there was a heavy rain. Steve came and assessed the situation, and recommended digging wells around our basement windows and door and filling them with gravel for better drainage straight down (rather than toward the house/windows). We initially talked about also digging a well in the front of the house, where water would pool due to our lack of gutters and then come in through the foundation. So the initial estimate included all of that. When Steve arrived on the actual day with his crew, I told him that I didn't think we needed to have a well in the front of the house because I was planning on getting gutters and that should take care of that. He adjusted the estimate accordingly with absolutely no hassle. The work itself was done quickly and professionally and the basement has been bone dry ever since, despite some incredibly heavy rain. The crawl space height was very low but Curt's crew managed to get in and de-mold and encapsulate the entire crawlspace. They also installed a thermostatically controlled dehumidifier which kicks on automatically when the moisture level gets too high. The crew did an excellent job under challenging conditions.
