"Cina and Karen do an amazing job cleaning our house every other week. They work hard and are such lovely people too. My favorite day is the day they come clean, as I love how my house sparkles after they are done. I only wish I could afford to have them every week! The other perk is that they love dogs and our golden retriever adores them! I highly recommend Cina and her team. "

"The customer service was good. There was open communication and the cleaners were prompt, however, I was disappointed with the quality of the cleaning considering what I paid ($500). I hired the ladies to conduct a deep clean of my condo as I was putting it on the market. My realtor was able to point out several areas of the house which were still unreasonably dirty after the cleaning, i.e., dirty exterior on the fridge, all of my bottom kitchen cabinets have grease and stains on them, top kitchen cabinets were dirty and dusty (they were not wiped down at all), they are still were urine stains on the base of my toilets, cobwebs, and dust in the corner of rooms and on the cleaning fan, and grease on my backslash. To be fair they did a great job cleaning my doors (an extra fee of course) but this was more of light cleaning. I had to hire a different maid service to complete the job to satisfaction."

FAQs for post construction clean up projects in Acworth, GA

Plan on one hour of cleaning for every 100 to 200 square feet. That means a two-to-four-person crew will spend eight to 12 hours on a full-size home.

Your pro will walk the space first, size it up, and give you a more precise timeline to be sure every lofty ceiling, baseboard, and tight corner gets the same white-glove attention.

Cleaning fine dust after construction requires a combined approach of detailed dusting and high‐powered vacuuming. Begin by wiping high surfaces such as ceiling fans, walls, window sills, and countertops to eliminate deposited particles. Next, vacuum all floors, carpets, and hard surfaces and mop afterward to remove residual dust. Finally, clean HVAC returns, supply vents, and replace filters to ensure a completely dust‐free environment.

You’ll need safety gear and heavy-duty tools. At minimum, you should wear a respirator, eye protection, and work gloves. Then, bring in a HEPA-filter shop vac, wet mops, microfiber cloths, and a carpet shampooer to lift dust from every surface.

Pros also keep extra filters and trash bags on hand so they can swap them out mid-job and keep the cleanup running smoothly from start to finish.

Book your post-construction cleanup for one to two days after the last tool leaves the site. That 24- to 48-hour buffer lets dust settle so the crew can snag every speck in one visit.

Touch base with your contractor before you lock in a date; if their punch-list slips, you’ll want to shift the cleaning slot to avoid costly rescheduling and make sure the house is truly move-in ready.
