"Donald Rogerson responded very quickly, analyzed the photos I sent him, knew exactly what to bring, and provided a very reasonable quote over the phone. He reassured me from the start, and took control of the situation with the utmost professionalism and clear communication. His work was impeccable, and he even insisted on cleaning up. I heartily recommend him, not only for water heater issues, but for any indoor plumbing need. He will certainly be my plumber from now on."

"It went well! Matt and TC at Plumb Life ATL are very professional and communicative. Matt called the day before to let us know when the plumber, TC would be arriving. On the day we were scheduled, TC called an hour before he was scheduled to let us know when he'd be arriving. TC was very punctual and determined to find the source of our water leak. He removed the water heater in less than no time. Then he explained to my wife and I that he needed to cut into the wall to find the leak. He then neatly cut into the wall and found rusty nails all throughout our piping. He removed the damaged pipe and neatly installed new piping in that area. We no longer have a water leak issue thanks to TC and Matt. Matt was also very communicative from the onset to the conclusion of the work. We highly recommend their services. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Excellent service with water heater and electrical. Technicians were prompt and very knowledgeable."

"Claude Morgan from Morgan's Plumbing Services did an exceptional job with repairing a section of our cold and hot water line that had two leaks. He was very timely and knowledgeable, and willing to work within out budget. Not only did he fix the leak, he was also able to identify the root cause of the problem, and suggested some reasonable repairs to prevent future water damage. He did a very thorough job, and the quality of his work and experience gave you the piece of mind needed with any plumbing repairs. Adding him to my favorite pros list."

"Cool Air Mechanical replaced two heaters and AC units in my house that were old and end of life. I have to say one major thing about this company: They are fully professional. 1. They show up on time. 2. They accepted a last-minute request that made the installation superb. 3. They were meticulous on all details. 4. Everything was as clean as when they came in. 5. They were all so very polite and accommodating with any question I had. 6. It is a fully competent staff that, after looking at a job they completed, leaves it looking better than when they started. Of all the contractors that I have had in the past 10 years, they are the only one that has surpassed my expectations. Great job by Elio, Moises, Jean P., Berny and Morris. You guys are the greatest!"
