Get matched with top tankless water heater repair pros in Phoenix, AZ

"They replaced my tankless water heater, under sink valves with quarter turn ball valves and three toilets. The price was fair, a little high, but the quality of work and service was excellent. These plumbers know what they are doing. They were timely and had good communication."

"Needed to replace hot water heater and mentioned that when the service call was made and asked that they come to the house with the replacement. They came to do an estimate and wasted three hours after I approved the estimate as he had to go pick up the water heater."

"Gerry responded to a leak in my front yard watering system and was able to quickly come over so that I could keep a scheduled trip out of town. He did a great job repairing my watering system leak and also fixed my inoperable shut off valve. I also asked him to look at my hot water heater to determine why it wasn't heating effectively, and he easily spotted and fixed the problem.
He was a pleasure to work with! I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

"Excellent service and will happily recommend them to anyone needing a new water heater. I was so impressed by them that, in spite of the price being a bit higher than the other companies that came out,I hired them on the spot. Due to the bizarre way my water heater is installed, the job ended up taking about 6 hours longer than we expected and I was pleasantly surprised that Dylan, the service technician, was surprised that I expected to be charged more. He told me that they honor the quoted price whether it takes 2 hours or 2 days. He and Anthony, who was in the office, went out of their way to make what was shaping up to be a disaster (I literally had water pouring out around the front panel) into a pleasant experience. Anthony even helped me get financing set up. Bottom line: if you're looking for professionals who go the extra mile to provide excellent service and who genuinely care about solving your problems, I strongly recommend Tucker Hill."

"I was highly impressed with the advice I received from Glenn, which I was advised to get with the home builder first to find out the specific cause of the problem with our tankless water heater, and then proceed from there to decide the action to take, if more additional work is required."

"Two valves and a leak were repaired. I started with old rusted main that was leaking. While doing the work I asked to have the hose bib updated and the system sprung a leak that was also repaired. Daniel Medina was awesome. He was friendly, courteous, fast thorough and did a great job. I was so impressed!. Prices seemed a bit high but Daniel did such a great job I barely noticed the sting. Thanks Daniel and thanks Tucker Hill for getting to me in a 'no water in the house' situation, to fully operational with a potential future issue handled in under three hours. That is three hours from the call to Tucker Hill asking for help to thanking Daniel as he drove away, problem solved. Shoot, I'm happy."

"Danial was great, he was able to install our new tankless hot water heater and faucet in a timely manner. We will be using Custom Plumbing of Arizona for all our plumping needs."

"I had what turned out to be a collapsed water main pipe while I was out of state. Carlos and his team worked to keep me informed and I was able to have friends put eyes on the work. A quality job at a reasonable price given the amount of work they had to do over 4ish days. I would recommend and certainly rehire"

"I had my rod replaced on my water heater and a new water softener and filter system installed. Really like these guys. Prompt , fair and fast. They are my plumber now and forever."
