"Peter and RJ worked efficiently right from the start. They removed the old tankless water heater and mounted the new one. Then, modified and replaced the old gas and water pipes and fittings as necessary to connect the new unit. They were in and out in about 4hrs with no major issues. They did have one minor issue with the outdoor exhaust housing not fitting but performed a work-around to insure the unit would work properly while waiting for the replacement part to come in. When it arrived, roughly a week later, Peter came right out and installed the hood. The technicians were a good team, polite and personable and I was pleased with the finished installation."

"My prior water heater, a 50-gallon tank, started leaking after 15 years. I called Streamline to confirm that it needed replacement, and to replace it. I was considering a tankless water heater already, and the first tech walked me through the pros and cons, then wrote up an estimate. Two additional techs came the next day to install the heater and the necessary gas and power lines. The only issue I had was that one of the newly installed gas fittings leaked gas into the basement. I shut off the supply valve and called Streamline, and they came out within half an hour to fix it at their expense. Mistakes happen, and I was impressed with how professionally they corrected that one."

"Good. Heater is old and a bit loud but still functioning after 30 years."

"Thank you to Mike, Jacques, Terry and Kelly. Very professional in all aspects of the heat pump install. Delta is an excellent company to do business with."

"Very responsive and professional. They were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions while I was researching plumbers and the best way to approach my hot water tank replacement. Given their great service and the quality of their work, I thought their pricing was competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again."

"Pedro came and fixed my outdoor hose bib that was leaking. He came the next day, fixed it quickly, and thought me how to do it myself. All at an amazing low price. He even did another small job for free. There isn’t a better plumber in Raleigh, I’d recommend him for any plumbing work."

"Pros: They were extremely quick to come out. They were able to start and finish the job within a couple hours. Great service overall Cons: limited on your water heater choices. And they are a little pricey. (You get what you pay for though)"

"Excellent, friendly service. Mike was in and out in no time. His prices are quite good and he was flexible with my requests for upgrading the water heater. He uses one of the top tier quality brands. It was a pleasure working with him."

"They gave great advice on where to install the new tankless water heater and worked hard to get it completed. Would highly recommend the contractor."
