"It went well! Matt and TC at Plumb Life ATL are very professional and communicative. Matt called the day before to let us know when the plumber, TC would be arriving. On the day we were scheduled, TC called an hour before he was scheduled to let us know when he'd be arriving. TC was very punctual and determined to find the source of our water leak. He removed the water heater in less than no time. Then he explained to my wife and I that he needed to cut into the wall to find the leak. He then neatly cut into the wall and found rusty nails all throughout our piping. He removed the damaged pipe and neatly installed new piping in that area. We no longer have a water leak issue thanks to TC and Matt. Matt was also very communicative from the onset to the conclusion of the work. We highly recommend their services. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Actually, I ended up needing a whole new water tank. So, I bought and had ESTES install the tankless water system. I couldn't have for a better team of guys to handle it. They were awesome."

"The previous co. installed our water heater 6mos ago, TE Tech. saw that it wasn’t in code & releasing gas , he brought to code & fixed the gas issues. He cleaned up, great workmanship, knowledgeable about his field, I feel I can trust their work."

"I had a tankless water heater that needed to be looked at. I wasn't getting any hot water. Everyone i called tried to give me some crazy prices. Rooter Pro Xpress called me and said they could get someone out here the same day. He came out and gave me a quote. It wasn't to bad of a price he was able to install a new gas tankless water heater and said it would save some energy. I was very happy with the work. Will be calling again !"

"We had to use this company because of their contract with America Home Shield.  After 5 visits to my home - one of which he dripped the dirty toilet water all over my floor - they refused to write down that the issue with our toilets was the actual toilet and that it needed to be replaced.  Subsequently, we hired an out-of-pocket plumber who fixed everything by removing the original toilets and replacing them with new ones.
Additionally, the plumber came to our garage entry door instead of the front door and smelled of cigarette smoke every time he entered my property.
On the initial visit we also had him look at our hot water heater which he said needed immediate replacing.  We had another plumber come out for a second opinion (before spending $1800!) and the next plumber said that there were no issues at all that needed addressing and a new one was not needed.

They were responsive and professional assisting me in determining the best solution for me. They arrived quickly and on time. Their work was fast and they did a great job of removing my old water heater and installing the new one. Everyone with whom I had contact was friendly and professional. They will be handling any future plumbing work that I have."

"I had them come out and swap out a 1/2 gas line to a 3/4 line for a new tankless water heater. Corey F was very kind and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions related and non related to the install and had me up and running with hot water in no time."
