"We had requested Carlos to give an estimate for refinishing the hardwood floors. As it turns out the floors were engineered floors and therefore couldn't refinish the floors. Instead, we hired Carlos as his team to install LVT floors. His team (and family) did an amazing job getting the floors installed in our main floor of the townhouse. They prepped the floors, removed the baseboard trims, laid the flooring all throughout the living, kitchen, and powder room in half a day. They also removed the toilet pot and installed a new ring before installing it back. In addition, they sanded down and stained the stairs as they were wood steps with a darker shade to match the LVT floors we installed. Overall, Carlos and his team were responsive, got the job done in a timely manner, were professional, and had experience in refinishing and installing the new floors. I would highly recommend him for this type of work."

I had carpet upstairs and they came in moved the furniture, removed the carpet and installed hardwood flooring through out. I went with solid wood so it required them to install, sand, and stain. They were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. My down stairs already had hardwood so it required him to sand and stain. I am completely satisfied with my new floors. I also felt comfortable leaving him and his crew in my home alone if I needed to run errands. I just decided that I want to put hardwood in my master bedroom closet and I've reached out to him to do that work as well. Thanks Felipe for everything!!!!!"

"I first contacted Tim in January of this year. We stayed in contact with no pressure until I was ready to get the one area replaced and the other areas refinished. Tim came back and we reassessed what was needed. He explained every step of the process and was at our home throughout the job. Tim was thorough and addressed the concerns he had with his foreman to ensure the floors looked the way he expected and the way we wanted them to look. At completion, His team addressed questions I had and then presented those same questions to Tim. The entire process was fantastic, from moving our furniture to its replacement. "The contractor and staff were very polite. The price we received was not the lowest but was on the lower end of the quotes we received. They finished the job on time. We had a disagreement over trim work. At the beginning of the job, he suggested some specific trim work and we agreed. At the end of the project, he claimed it was not what they do. That was never resolved. Our front and garage doors were continuously left open which made our house get warm and allowed flying insects inside. They did not sweep up the new flooring after the job was completed. We felt as though they were rushing on to their next job instead of finishing as they should. It was not an awful job but nor was it great. I would say satisfactory or passable but still a bit disappointing."
