"From start to finish First Fence was responsive & clear. They walked the property to discuss what we wanted. Made some suggestions for a better outcome, then sent an agreement with all of the details for us to sign. We paid a deposit in order to secure our time on their schedule, then paid the balance after the fence was installed. They also removed & discarded the old fence. All completed in one day. I really want to give 4.5 stars. A half star off for the length of time it took for them to come back and replace/adjust the gate, as the wood warped and it wouldn’t open. That took a month. He told me about himself and his background in addition to pictures of his work that he had on his cell phone. I immediately was impressed by his kind and professional demeaner. He took initial measurements and we discussed prices. After interviewing two other companies, I decided to hire Custom Iron Projects. My initial impression did not disappoint me. He made two more visits to my house to double check that all of his measurements were accurate.
