He had to make a number of adjustments in his layout and installation to ensure that the finished product would be to our satisfaction (and his, too!). I also want to mention that Steven is a man of his word. We did the original quote weeks ago. In the meantime, he had two increases in the cost of the materials, but did not try to raise our price. At first I was a little concerned that he might cut some corners to make up for his thin margin, but that fear was soon alleviated as he explained to me the extra steps he would take he to give us what we expected.
