"While Michael the owner was responsive when it came to the actual scheduled job he sent a much junior technician whom I certainly did not expect because he did not tell me. They were supposed to contact me before he showed up but there was no advance call, luckily I was home at the time. The tech did his job and was about to just leave without showing/telling me about how it works or what he installed. I had to ask him about the installation so I can be sure I knew how the equipment operated and if there's anything I needed to know about the install. In the end my opinion is the attic fan was a waste of money and my time. We don't notice any difference in the interior temperature of our house when it's hot. When I inquired about a refund (within 30 days of the install), Michael said he would offer $89 refund for the equipment and not the install. And to think if I didn't use Angie's list, this would have cost me several more hundred dollars. An expensive lesson learned!

"Cielo Construction has completed several projects in our house including the remodeling of our guest bathroom, master bathroom, kitchen and living room area. The design and remodeling was a custom European style/modern while the bathroom included a walk in tile shower, jet shower system, home automation and more… part of the design was to reposition the door opening for a much better use of space. Cielo construction staff helped us by selecting all of the finish materials including the tiles, upper and lower cabinets, accessories and more… including the color/style of the paint. Mike included also in his work the remodeling of the guest bathroom, drywall, type of texture, baseboards etc. He has excellent, professional craftsmanship and creativity skills. Cielo constructions approach and talent to meet our deadlines were fantastic and he was able to finish the remodeling project on time. "I gave power systems electric a call and was greeted by a very polite woman. I explained the work I wanted to have done. 14 can lights and 5 ceiling fans in my brand new home. My house is brand new built this year (2014) single story with direct attic access. Every room has a pre-installed J-box in the center of the room with wiring to the wall switch. It's a very easy job with no old ceiling fan to remove or wires to run/fish. She gave me a retail cost of $89 per can light and $75 per ceiling fan. There is a small discount for Angie's list customers of 10% which is nice but not big enough to see a big price differential. I explained a large job of this sort should require bulk deal pricing and she disagreed although to be fair she attempted to "talk to her husband" to get a better price. After a reasonable amount of time she called back bu the answer was no. The company is reputable and pleasant to talk to but don't expect reasonable pricing regardless of the amount of work you have."
