"My project was for new roof n gutters, I had to have my old 3 layers of shingles removed. The team that demolished old roof shingles did a good job. Although it was a messy task, plastic sheeting was laid down n all material was disposed off. New plywood was laid down, there were a couple of spots that the plywood was not laying completely flat n was addressed. New shingles were installed in 2 days n look great. For the new seamless gutter install, the existing fascia needed painting but Newhaus wanted an extra 4,000.00 dollars to do it. So I hired a separate painter to do it for less than half the price. The gutters proposed were not the style I wanted n had to have them switch to what I wanted. The new gutters were installed n look great. Overall I am satisfied with the quality of the work n materials used although there were a couple leaks at corners that has to be re-sealed. However dealing with Newhaus could have been better, upon signing the contract online I did not hear from them for over a week to let me know the status or when work would start. I had to text the original sales guy to ask what was going on. The were also a couple of times workers did not show up when scheduled or were late from time that they were supposed to show up."

"Ricardo Guzman arrived on time and performed the work in an expert, professional and clean manor. He went the extra mile and corrected some sloppy work the electrician did which loosened some roof tiles. Ricardo even painted all the pipes so they would be consistent! He cleaned up all the gutter leaves and swept around the area he worked. He then provided pictures of all the work he had done. THIS COMPANY IS GREAT! THEY PROVIDE PICTURES OF THE ROOF AND WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE THEN THEY PROVIDE AFTER PICTURES!!! When we need our roof done which is hopefully not soon, we will hire them. I will hire them to do roof maintenance (gutters etc) on a regular basis. The whole process from beginning to end was great!!"

They were not prepared to repair my roof upon first observation, however, they were able to secure the exposed area so as not to allow further damage from the impending rain storms. "I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. The roof looks great after the work was completed. I would hire them again."

"I would like to describe my experience with Best Builders Group in one word *** "Wow"! I wanted to expand my house by adding a 400 sq./ft that will expand the kitchen and the dining room area. The terrifying stories of reading about so many weird stories and non-professional construction companies was a huge concern to me. My neighbor recommended Zohar from Best Builders Group and I decided to call Zohar and interview him. As part of the meetings that we had, Zohar did a layout and 3D design model based on what I wanted before I even asked for the price or signed the contract. The price for the whole work was more than reasonable and it included everything I wanted with additional tweaks that Zohar recommended me to include. The most importantly part was that the remodeling was completed within the time frame that Zohar promised me. "I used them to paint our house about 6 1/2 years ago.  I was happy then and am still happy after this job.  They are not the least expensive but do qualtiy work and offer a "touch up" service in between major painting to extend the life of a paint job.  The crew (Enrique and Jorge) were great.  They worked hard and were obviously very experienced.  One of them had been on the crew that painted my house 6 1/2 years ago.  They spent a lot of time on prep.  They estimated that the job would take about 1 week and were right on.  They were also great about coordinating the painting with the gutter company.  I had my old guttters removed prior to painting as I wanted the facia underneath the gutters painted.  The new alumium gutters then needed to be installed while the painters were still there since we were using bonderized downspouts (which need to be painted), several of which needed to be fabricated after the gutters were installed.  Suffice it to say, the coordination went flawlessly.  Also, Joe Freed, the owner, had to deal with my indecision on paint colors and transparent vs. solid stain on the pergola.  I trusted him on the solid stain recommendation and could not be happier.  I was unhappy with the downspout color (which I picked) after they were painted.  Joe and I picked another color and they repainted them without hassle and they look great.  I added another bit to the job at the end which added $140.  Some of the roof flashing was showing between the concrete tile roof and new gutters.  Joe picked up paint and they finished that up with the rest of the job.  I'll definitely use them again."
