"Jason called me back within 24 hours to set the initial appointment to survey the work area. He came out to inspect the work to be done that very same week. He provided an estimate for the work and allowed time for my mother and I to review his photos to finalize a design pattern and color. He left an estimate with us and when we called him back the next day to hire him, he let us know the approximate month he would be able to start. So much is dependent upon the weather for these types of projects, but he was true to his word and called us when he was ready to start. He and his team pulled up the old patio pavers in the rain. When the weather cleared, he and his team were immediately back to set the forms, poor the concrete and stamp the pattern. Jason was always around to check on his team. The patio was done as promised with all the rain we have had. He even took time to carefully protect the plants surrounding the patio. My mother has Alzheimer's and he did a fabulous job assuring her and his workers never created any anxiety for her while they worked.
