He explained what he was doing as he went along, which we appreciated. Some delays after work was started, primarily out of his control. He would do better to have just said it's going to take a few days to straighten out, rather than to promise to show up to continue the work and then not show up as he did. We were not in any rush and are happy with the results. We'll hire him again. He's a decent guy and puts the time in when he's on the job."
