Upon completion and servicing and replacing several outlets I firmly believed the issue was solved. The wife woke up in the dark at zero dark thirty the following morning. Approx 7am I intended to leave a phone message but was surprised to connect with Mr. Sam himself and at 0830 he was on my doorstep still courteous, polite and apparently wide awake. Two more un-powered rooms and odd outlets were checked as well.as two interior breaker panels checked an eliminated. Finally a bad breaker was found in the exterior breaker box and subsequently replaced. The whole time he was,here on both visits, he maintained a cheerful, professional attitude and left leaving me ENTIRELY satisfied with his work. The cost was definitely reasonable ( especially compared to some of the bids I was offered AFTER the work was completed."
