Roxanne Derby, the executive administrator, is a seasoned professional with attention to detail. During the whole process she stayed in touch with the repair from "tear off to installation". Along the way she provided numerous suggestions and improvements that helped us end up with a much better roof than the original builders installed. Her working with the "ins and outs" of dealing with our rigid home insurance company proved invaluable! We would definitely use this company again."

"I was originally referred to Everest Roofing from my insurance agent (Fernando) at Allstate. My husband (Calvin) wanted to get a quote for what we thought were some much needed repairs that were causing some leaking in our kitchen area. After Mark came out and did his initial assessment it was determined that there was some extensive hail damage from a previous storm. None the less thanks to the Mark working closely with our insurance adjuster it was determined that a roof replacement was in order. I contact Larry and explained that we were very educated with window and siding and ask just to provide a quote/proposal. He took less than 30 minutes, we were satisfied with his products and his proposal. His siding crew did outstanding work, the window installer was satisfactory. Siding crew also did wood rot repair and pergola work before installing the siding. The work site clean up during and after the project was completed, was ok. "The whole process could not have been better! We called and made an appointment for estimate in July. Danny Boes came ( at appointed time) and explained the system and choices we had. We accepted the offer. We were told up front the start date would not be right away, but we also needed to have trees trimmed that were hanging over the roof, so we had plenty of time to prepare. Prior to start date John(?) came out to take measurements. The work started at the end of August and took about 2 weeks - rain delays! The workers were out here every day getting done what they could between rain storms! The workers were friendly and took time to answer my questions when I would go out to look at the work. They asked where they could place items they left here so they would not be in our way. The site clean-up after the roof removal was better than I expected and overall the clean-up was excellent. In some ways, the rain storms actually helped us. We had an area that was leaking and asked them to see if they could find the problem and fix - they found the problem and worked to fix (it had to do with our siding) - rains came...no leak!!
