"It's probably my fualt, but in the past, when I arranged for an AC Tune-Up, they sprayed down the exterior units. My AC had been cooling poorly, so I wanted to get both units serviced. The Tech let me know I was low on coolent . I contacted my warranty company, who sent out a tech to check my system. The tech started outside and looked at nothing else once he saw the units were not clean. He never even entered the house (the second guy, not DilMak). He then asked for $150 to clean the unit (not covered by warranty). Not falling for the 1 star rated company's attempt to get paid more on the side. I contacted DilMac about the cleaning, and was informed that wasn't part of the tune-up. I should have known the rate was too good to be a full "tune up". I was more of a diagnostic. Now I have to set up a contract for seasonal maintainance so this doesn't happen again."
